Northumberland is my home county and one of the best counties for the fine art landscape photographer. Allenheads, my home village is situated at the south of Northumberland and is a popular stopping off place for c2c cyclists.

OLD BARN, ALLENHEADS
The Northern Pennines are chock full of old ruined barns like this. It probably was lived in over 150 years ago by a family that worked down the lead mines, and grew a few crops to get by.
